Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - Terms and Conditions of Booking for Photoshoot Sessions These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in photoshoot sessions with Flo Knoyle Photography ("Photographer"). By making a booking, the Client ("You" or "Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions in their entirety. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all parties involved. 1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee 1.1 All bookings for photoshoot sessions require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee is essential for securing your date and time slot with Flo Knoyle Photography. As the Photographer commits this time to you, this fee ensures that the slot is not allocated to another client. 1.2 Once you have made a booking and paid the non-refundable booking fee, the session is confirmed, and the Photographer will begin preparations for your shoot. Any cancellation by the Client will result in the forfeit of the booking fee. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, change of plans, or inability to attend the session on the agreed date and time. 1.3 If a session is rescheduled due to Photographer's discretion (weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen events), the booking fee will be transferred to the new date or refunded if the Client cannot attend the rescheduled date. This is the only scenario under which the booking fee may be refunded. 2. Weather Conditions and Rescheduling 2.1 The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule a photoshoot due to unfavourable weather conditions or any other factors beyond their control that may affect the quality of the session. These conditions include but are not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or any extreme weather that compromises the safety of the Photographer, Client, and/or equipment. 2.2 In the event that a session is postponed by the Photographer due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative date will be offered. 2.3 If the Client is unable to attend the new date proposed by the Photographer, the Client will be offered a full refund for the session. This refund is limited to the session fee paid in advance and does not cover any additional costs incurred by the Client (such as travel or accommodation expenses). 3.
